We only deliver the product. Due to liability, and the need for set up and design, we are unable to offer will-call or customer pick-up.

Yes, there is a fee for delivery.  Delivery fee includes delivery, installation/styling and pick up of the event rentals. Delivery charges depend on size of order, set up, location and breakdown time needed.
