HOW IT WORKS – Bee Blissful Event Rentals

The Rental Process

I’m honored that you’re interested in The Bee Blissful Event Rentals being a part of your special day! Here’s how it works….

STEP 01

Get the Quote

Click “Add to Wishlist” for all of your favorite items that help create the look you’re dreaming of for your special event, and submit your list.

Within 24-48hrs We will email you back a quote with delivery charges and additional fees required.

STEP 03

Complete the Event Info Form

You will receive a proposal via email. Please review, call or email with any changes or questions you may have. A contract will be created with any requested modifications.

Get the Proposal

Once you receive your Proposal you complete the process by paying your 50% retainer payment and signing our Terms & Conditions to officially reserve your rental items. Wishlist items for your event will not be held until contract is signed and 50% deposit is received.

Get the Decor

Your Remaining Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your Delivery Date. From there, it’s time to party!

We only offer a delivery option… no pick up or will call

OTHER NOTES ON DELIVERY- Delivery includes styling and/or setup of rental items and assembly of arbors and other furniture and decor items.

RENTAL WINDOW- Rental rates are for up to a 24 hour period. If you are needing a longer rental period than this, we may be able to add time or days at a discounted rate

CHANGES- Items may be added to your rental order up until 15 days before your event date without incurring a rush fee.

LAST MINUTE RENTALS- Rental ordered less than 2 weeks before the event date may incur a rush order fee of 10% of the rental cost.

DAMAGE- A 5% wear and tear fee is applied to ALL orders. This is different from a damage fee should items be broken or lost.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS- Damaged or missing items will incur repair fee or a replacement charge.

OUTDOOR EVENTS- Rentals can not be left outside overnight. Many times we will be picking up the product the evening of the event. If not, the rentals need to be brought inside.

INCLEMENT WEATHER- Bee Blissville Event Rentals LLC. does not issue refunds for inclement weather.
